Hi, I'm Shoshi! I'm a Studio Art graduate from the University of Maryland with a passion for painting, creativity, and lifelong learning. Growing up Jewish has deeply shaped my connection to family, tradition, and storytelling.

My name and middle name both carry the meaning of “rose,” reflecting my natural love for flowers and the beauty I find in nature. I find inspiration in the world around me, especially through family, personal experiences, and the moments I capture in everyday life.

I create work that explores storytelling, emotion, and human connection. I have a special love for painting flowers, using them as symbols of beauty, growth, and emotion alongside themes influenced by my Jewish heritage, tradition, and belonging.

Through expressive brushstrokes, layered compositions, and bright colors, I strive to create visually engaging artwork that invites viewers to pause, reflect, and connect. Whether inspired by nostalgia, floral forms, or contemporary life, my goal is to create pieces that spark curiosity and conversation.
